IROAP Mandate
The International Research Organization and Academic Publication (IROAP) is mandated to promote the ethical, systematic, and accessible dissemination of scholarly research among professionals, educators, students, and emerging researchers. It provides editorial and publication support that facilitates the preparation, screening, peer review, publication, indexing, citation, and preservation of quality research outputs in accordance with recognized scholarly and ethical standards. IROAP is further mandated to provide an open-access scholarly repository that enables researchers and the wider academic community to discover, read, download, cite, and share published research through searchable article metadata and online publication records. It also seeks to strengthen research culture and scholarly visibility by supporting multidisciplinary research and preparing published works for broader discovery through platforms such as Zenodo, OpenAIRE, and Google Scholar, subject to the policies and processing requirements of these platforms.

Publication assistance boundaries
IROAP may assist with formatting checks, policy guidance, metadata preparation, citation display, repository submission support, and publication workflow coordination. IROAP does not sell authorship, create false data, ghostwrite research results, manipulate peer review, or guarantee acceptance, indexing, or citation counts.
